Scope of application

Used as a common step-down module with overcurrent protection capability

Usage:
Regulate the voltage potentiometer after power-on to make the output voltage reach the ideal voltage.
Measure the output short circuit current with 10A current gear of multimeter (directly connect two meter probes to the output terminal), and adjust the current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined overcurrent protection value. For example, if the current value displayed by the multimeter is 4A, the high current can only reach 4A when you use the module. When the current reaches 4A, the red constant current indicator will be on, otherwise the indicator will be off).
Note:
When using in this state, there will be 0~0.3V voltage drop after connecting the load due to 0.05 Ohm current sampling resistance at the output terminal, which is normal! This voltage drop is not pulled down by your load, but is reduced to the sampling resistance.

Used as battery charger
The module without constant current function cannot be used to charge the battery. Since the voltage difference between the exhausted battery and the charger is large, the charging current is too large and the battery is damaged, so the constant current charge shall be used for the battery at the beginning, and the constant voltage charge shall be automatically switched back when the charge reaches a certain degree.

Usage:
Determine the floating charge voltage and charge current of the battery to be charged; If the lithium battery parameter is 3.7V/2200mAh, the floating charge voltage is 4.2V, and the maximum charge current is 1A, i.e. 2200mA).
Under no-load condition, the multimeter measures the output voltage and adjust the voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the floating charge voltage; If 3.7V lithium battery is charged, adjust the output voltage to 4.2V).
Measure the output short circuit current with 10A current gear of multimeter (directly connect two meter probes to the output terminal), and adjust the current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined charging current value.
The default charging indicator current is 0.1 times of the charging current when leaving the factory; The current of the battery is gradually reduced in the process of charging, gradually changing from constant current charging to constant voltage charging. If the charging current is set as 1A, when the charging current is less than 0.1A, the red charging indicator will be off, and the red full charge indicator will be on. At this time, the battery has been charged).

Connect the battery and charge.

Note:

Step (1) (2) (3) (4) is that the input end is connected to the power supply, and the output end is not connected to the battery under no-load condition.

Used as a high-power LED constant-current drive module

Determine the working current and working voltage of the LED to be driven.
Under no-load condition, multimeter measures output voltage and adjust voltage potentiometer to make output voltage reach LED high working voltage.
Measure the output short circuit current with 10A current gear of multimeter, and adjust the current potentiometer to make the output current reach the predetermined LED working current.

Connect the LED and test the machine.

Note:

Step (1) (2) (3) is: the input end is connected to the power supply, and the output end is not connected to the LED lamp under no load.

(1) The positive and negative poles of the input terminal shall not be inversely connected, or the module shall be burned directly;

(2)The maximum input voltage and the maximum output current cannot be met at the same time, and the high voltage, high current and hot plug cannot be used for a long time. Pay attention to strengthening the heat dissipation;

(3) The maximum output power is 75W, which is a limiting condition. Please reserve margin for use; When the module is used in excess of 3A and 35W, please strengthen heat dissipation;

When used as a step-down module, the input voltage is greater than the output voltage.
